MaliPrime is a real estate listing platform that connects property owners, agents, developers, and buyers. We provide tools to publish, discover, and manage property listings, with a focus on transparency, trust, and compliance.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use MaliPrime.

• Agents and developers must be properly registered and licensed under applicable laws.

• By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts & Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You agree to notify MaliPrime immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• MaliPrime reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Listings & Content

• Property listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

• Location markers may be offset by 50–200 meters for privacy and safety. Contact the agent/owner for exact details.

• You retain ownership of your content but grant MaliPrime a license to display, distribute, and promote listings on the platform.

• MaliPrime may remove or edit content that violates laws, regulations, or these Terms.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Certain services may require payment (e.g., premium listings, subscriptions).

• Payments are processed securely through authorized providers. MaliPrime does not store full card details.

• Fees are non‑refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use MaliPrime for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

• Misrepresent property ownership or agent credentials.

• Interfere with platform security or functionality.

• Harvest or misuse personal data of other users.

7. Fraud Prevention & Compliance

• MaliPrime applies fraud detection frameworks to protect users and transactions.

• Agents must comply with Kenya’s real estate and data protection regulations.

• MaliPrime may cooperate with regulators and law enforcement when required.

8. Intellectual Property

• MaliPrime’s trademarks, logos, and platform design are protected.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute MaliPrime’s content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• MaliPrime provides listings and services “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose.

• MaliPrime is not liable for disputes between users, agents, or third parties.

• Users are responsible for verifying property details before transactions.

10. Termination

• MaliPrime may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

• You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of MaliPrime after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and, where applicable, international data protection and consumer protection laws.
